SEO TOOLS SUITE MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF RESULTS OR OUTPUT THAT YOU MAY OBTAIN FROM USING THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIMITATIONS, DELAYS, AND OTHER PROBLEMS INHERENT IN THE USE OF THE INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. SEO TOOLS SUITE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS, DELIVERY FAILURES, OR OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SUCH PROBLEMS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you and SEO Tools Suite agree to participate in mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.
